Still, I'm of the opinion Hawkins has been and will be a run-first type of O coach, he just has not had the horses up front to do it! That, combined with the technique-instead-of-toughness emphasis of the departed, yet unlamented, Grimes, set back the ground game.

I've said it before in this thread, I like my crow medium rare. :smile2: Maybe some A1 with it. :thumbsup:

It all starts up front. I think this line has the talent to do special things. Some things that kind of worry me are the 3 new starters on the OL.

C- Iltis
LG- Adkins
RT- Givens

I am a huge Givens fan, I think he'll become a all American at OT for the Buffs, but we should expect some mistakes from a rookie. Same deal with Iltis and Adkins.

Too many questionmarks on the OL. But It has the potential to be great.

We should be realistic with our expectations of this OL. I've been just as guilty as anyone for overhyping the OL.

Per Plati, the OL average is 6-4 290.
