Front-center is next year's starting point guard (McKinley Wright). Battey is over McKinley's right shoulder in the back row, wearing the gold shirt.
Wait a second, goaltending is legal???
That's lazy writing. In FIBA rules, once the ball hits the rim you anyone can grab it. You still can't goaltend a shot on it's downward arc or come up through the rim the rim to block a shot.

Something I really liked seeing was from Big Gravy. He's in a boot, but he's still doing what he can as a team guy by rebounding the shoot around. Tells me a lot about where that guy's head is. Lots of guys would be goofing around on the bench instead of doing what they could to help out.
those minute totals are interesting. Tory not in foul trouble, but giving up big minutes to Lucas and/or Walton.
Noticed that, too. Also love that Lucas seems to be finding ways to play winning basketball with his passing and rebounding even when his shot is off. And judging by the other team's shooting percentages, the defense has been solid.
All that said, the story is gonna be George, Kin and Namon.
I wouldn't read too much into the minutes. This trip should be about experimentation and exposing the young guys.
Walton with 4 rbds in 8 minutes part way thru?
Umm, I guess we know who the starting PG and best guard is on this team. MckWright with 31 minutes. Went 5-6 from the field. Only blemish is the 3 TO to two assists.
King with 3 steals!?

Tyler Bey doing his best Dre impression with 4 steals as well.
I know this is often used as pre-season propaganda akin to "best Tuesday practice ever", but the improved attitude of the team is palpable this year. The incoming freshmen lead by Wright, coupled with more humility/a workman-like demeanor amongst the seniors has my outlook trending upwards.
