Asked this Utah fan (I go back and forth with him on twitter) about Hill-that's saying something.
Have had my eye on Jay Hill for a few years. He has consistently won at Weber State, which does not have a good football history. Destroyed Utah State this year. Wins with defense first. Has done it for many years.
