He's not married. Right now, he's a solid DC with a big time recruiting reputation out here. If he can fix this defense, his stock will go through the roof. If the numbers we've thrown out are true---A raise is substantial. If we get him as a DC, I'm guessing he brings Peter Sirmon--their LBs coach with him. College roommates at Oregon, coached together at Tennessee, and Wilcox brought Sirmon with him to UW.

I think it will take 900k-1mil to bring him. 800-900k wont pull him.
 
Please don't refer to him as "Washington DC coordinator" (like in the tweet). I see that and think Redskins and watching the train wreck that Skin's D is this year does not get me excited. TIA
 
@Softykjr: Spoke to Justin Wilcox about rumors he's being pursued by other schools: "There's nothing to talk about...unless you run me out of town."
