Of course they aren't pay $3m+ for Sark to stay. If that's true, it's not about the money; it's about Saban convincing him to stay for this year and go somewhere bigger than CU in 2021.
Saban makes 7.5 million. Sark makes almost 2 million (with bonuses). How is that so far fetched ?

Because they aren't going to pay their coordinator more than CU was willing to pay their HC. It's extremely far fetched to believe so. I'm sure the pay increase helps, but it's not solely about the money.
