Great read.
Yup, great article. I couldn't find who wrote it, was it some poster/blogger?
Am I alone in thinking this article is ****?
The media quotes are attributable, but have been discussed already.
Other parts of the article read like insider information, but are absolutely without attribute. I'm sorry, but "those close to the administration", blanket statements about how boosters feel or wild speculation do not serve as the foundation for a good article.
Is the article true? Does it reflect the opinions of those closest to the school and those who contibute most? I don't know, but I'm left with the feeling that it's one person's speculation. If the author wants to convince me, he'll need to provide credible quotes to support his view.
Thats because thats what it is. It's unsubstantiated rumor. That being said I heard or read on the internet almost everything that was in that article over the course of the last year, year and a half. That articles has things in it that few people in the admin would go on record about or admit that each event happened.
