BOULDER –University of Colorado tennis head coach Nicole Kenneally announced Wednesday that Blake Mosley will be joining her staff as an assistant coach.

Mosley brings 23 years of coaching experience to the Boulder campus and replaces Roberto Aspillaga, who left CU in June to become the women’s tennis head coach at Stephen F. Austin.

“I would like to thank coach Kenneally and the hiring committee for this great opportunity,” Mosley said. “I think everything is in place here at CU as we move forward in the Pac-12 Conference. I’m really excited to be a part of it.”

Mosley spent the 2012-13 school year as an assistant coach at Santa Clara University. The Broncos finished the season No. 65 nationally with a 12-10 overall record and a program-first, finishing atop of the West Coast Conference standings with an 8-2 mark.

Let's hope this is a step in getting things back on track. I can't stand seeing any program struggle.
