Most Depressing WR depth chart EVAR

Buffs04 is now a better evaluator of who should get playing time than Hagan and Hawkins! How long until kickoff - we need some football!

Yeah, I've always wondered why such an astute judge of talent and master of the intricacies of the game wasn't roaming the sideline somewhere other than the local midget league.

I believe the preferred term is "little people league".

I'm not saying the staff doesn't bear some responsibilities for defections...BUT...

Smith, Simas and Celestine--all in Hawk's first class had good size. He followed with Blackmon and then Darden and Ussery. Also good size receivers. When three of those guys didn't pan out he made an emergency augmentation with Simmons and Clemons. Big guys. He just missed out on D. Jackson.

I think the staff is recruiting size--but maaaaan, there's been some bad luck at that position.

CLARIFICATION: I was referring to '04; Still, the disconnect is pretty damn funny.

I'd rather drink moose ****

Well Zima isn't made anymore, so stock up if you still can Walrus. Moose Drool isn't a bad brew, had it up in Glacier in Montana about 4 years ago so I would have to agree.

Refresh my memory...but how is this years WR depth chart any worse than last year?

Lost the Crawfish who was 5'10/5'11, but solid hands
Lost Patrick Williams, who was 6'2, but always pretty inconsistent
Lost J-Fly, who was 5'11 or 6'0 and the definition of irrelevent @ WR last year with his injuries & other issues

I think the additions of Simas, Jefferson & Simmons definately equal if not provide better hope this year, even without ever seeing them play.
