I had a similar experience at the Texas tailgate / game.
Ouch, that's painful to hear. See my post on the records of the assistants in the Denver Johnson should be fired thread. The records of the assistants are roundly terrible, especially Denver Johnson!
This is the kind of story that should be emailed to the AD.
Reading this thread up to this point.
The question has to be asked: Is Colorado really a good fit in the Pac-10?
Things better get straightened out soon or the Buffs will be looked at being nothing more then a thumb tack hole on the season schedule sheet.
Get back to your surveying.
Nothing has changed. All the CU alumni in California did not put their homes up for sale, pack up and move to Texas. We still have research projects with Pac 10 schools. Academically nothing has changed. It wasn't like the invite was contingent on continuing our stellar football record from the last four years.
I keep hearing this from non-CU fans and have to wonder what is actually behind the question.
i had a similar experience going to King Soopers in Boulder.
wow. those guys sound like retards. they told you to go away because your team sucks at football?
Atleast no one punched you.
Yeah ... you should have asked them how many Nobel Prize winners Bama has.:smile2:
"Uh, I'm not sure. What position do they give that award for??"
Should have stayed at the game watch, jackass!:smile2:
Alabama, its people, and its university, tends to suck. In fact, I would extend that blanket statement to the entire South.
So buck up friend, at least you are only related to them by marriage, not by blood.
Classy as always jack*****.
