I like the class thus far. Think there are some good athletes that can make an impact on both sides of the ball. Things that need to happen for it to be a good class come signing day IMO:
1. Need to focus on the lines. Getting five for each side seems like a reasonable number to me. I would like to see a particular emphasis put on the DL. We need some numbers there. Our only commit thus far on the DL, Uzo-Diribe, is not a guarantee. What occurs in DL recruiting will make or break this class.
2. I would like to see another RB in this class to complement Mister Jones. Preferably a speedier back.
3. Would like to see a third TE signed if the numbers are right. This would allow some flexibility with Thornton. Perhaps he can be a big WR. As mentioned in another thread, Luke Walter's eligibility will probably come into play here. This is an area where targeting a JUCO guy might be prudent to allow one or both of the incoming freshmen to redshirt. Plus Favors is still taking visits.
4. If the right FG kicker is available, make a run at him.
5. As has been stressed by many on this site, please sign a full class of 25.
