there are so many names being thrown about on the innerwebz. so, instead, i thought i'd toss out a list of "if any of these guys is selected, i will be happy" candidates.
seriously, i would take ANY of these guys and i think we have a chance to be really good again with any of them at the helm.
in no particular order:
Mac
macElwain
EB
belotti
miles
any of those guys would get me fired up and would restore some serious hope of better days ahead.
oh, and i don't believe this public bohn line about salary constraints too much. i really believe that that they'll go up to 2.5mm per for the right guy. he's sandbagging a bit so that the 2.5 doesn't go to 3... at least that's my uninformed guess.
