Honestly tonight how many guys do we have playing that would be on the two deep for more than one other PAC12 team.
FHCMM did a great job building the talent level of San Jose State to a team that could compete for a Mountain West title.
He then got the job at Colorado and built the talent level of CU to a level that could compete for a Mountain West title.
This with a very few exceptions is not a PAC12 roster.

It’s a terrible way of putting it, but the point behind it is legitimate. It’s not bad to call a spade a spade and unfortunately, he just isn’t someone this program can count on. Elite talent. One of the greatest talents in program history. Far too injury-prone.

He just needs to do what he constantly talks about: Get over the hump in recruiting. But we haven't been able to do that under a bunch of HCs for about a decade now.
