Official Buffs vs. UCLA Score Prediction Thread

Optimistic about a Buffs win, but think it’s a bit more of a struggle. 42-27 (a late score makes it look better for the good guys).

Buffs 41
UCLA 17

Early line is Buffs -11
Duff?? Is that you?

CU 41
fucla 24

we lead wire to wire. oh, and we run the ball. really well.

44 - 20, good guys. After having some hope into the first part of the second quarter, fucla folds.

I'm not sure if the Buffs will cover the 11, but I think Colorado will win. Speight is a very decent QB and will probably start. Buffs gotta lay some early hurt on his sore back.

We have a coach who is more sensitive to that perception than any other coach in memory.
Someday that philosophy is going to bite him in the ass. I really hope he is not our coach when that day happens.

It's really hard to put a football team back in gear after you've engaged cruise control.

That day is not this Saturday though.

Maybe we beat OSU 42-14 ish (I guess that's a blowout), but I can't unhear MMac's comments about not running up the score. We have a coach who is more sensitive to that perception than any other coach in memory.
There’s nothing like game experience and HCMM starves his offensive reserve players from meaningful snaps with this philosophy. QBs need to throw the ball, linemen need live action practice of protection, backs need to experience real blitz pickup, WRs need to read coverages and break routes off, etc. His phobia will come back to bite him at some point. After all, as the adage goes, reserves are one play away...
