Official Colorado @ Nebraska Simulation

An important takeaway that we sCUm fans fail to fully appreciate is that Scott Frost said practice last Monday was really good, probably the best he’s ever seen.

When you factor in the performance at last Monday’s practice along with everything that transpired on Saturday, then it’s no wonder Mr. Scat is so optimistic about this loss.

I mean with 7 sacks, two 100 yard rushers, and ALSO a good Monday practice, that’s enough to paint a rosy picture and count Saturday’s outing as a win of sorts.

As the weeks roll on, this “near-win” against the Buff’s two early season heisman watchlist players will become the stuff of legend. Even with the best QB and WR combo in the 120+ year history of Colorado, the great Scott Frost’s Huskers battled to the very last play and really made Huskers feel proud. They coulda-woulda-shoulda and Coach Frosty said as much in his post game presser.

Scott Frost didn’t lose to CU. His players just found countless ways to beat (and self-abuse) themselves. The simulation IS real, and the real was just an inconvenient mirage.

Don’t forget Monday’s really good practice, mother****ers.

In addition to a good Monday practice, I feel Scat should be heartened that the huskers are a young team, and some young players got time on the field in nebraska’s win yesterday. So not only is nebraska the better team this year, but official simulations show them winning this game in three years as well.
