The adjustments that are needed are a few personnel changes and ensuring that guys understand if they don’t keep contain, they won’t play. It shouldn’t be overly complicated

And you’re 30+ minutes from your car and have to take a bus to your car and then drive another 20 minutes to your house? It’s not that it’s 10:30, it’s that by the time I get home it’ll be well after 1 and my wife has to work at 9am.
