One (non-score) Prediction for Saturday's Game v Oregon

At least 5 times the announcers on TV that the Oregon team is just having a down year and their QB situation is hurting them more than it should.

I'll go for two:

Two more starters go down during the first half from Oregon on the D line.

stay on target...

CU will score first and go for 2. (I know, I broke the thread rule of "non score" prediction. So shoot me.)

1. Oregon onside kicks to start the game and takes it to the house. Those are their only offensive/special team points scored in the first half.
2. Sefo looks like crap in the 1st quarter and in between 1st and 2nd quarter he get a shot in his shoulder and comes back on the field and lights up the Oregon D to the tune of 300 yds passing.
3. We have 2 RBs go for over 100 yards rushing.
4. Students rush the field.
5. We sign all the recruits visiting this weekend.

I think the "non-score" rule refers to the final score, but not HOW we score.

Prediction: If Buffs play a turnover free game Saturday night they will beat the Ducks*.

(* Play a turnover free game, avoid giving up TD on special teams, they will win by 10 or more.)

The kicking team can't advance a recovered onside kick. The only way to score off an onside kick would be for CU to somehow bat it about 60 yards back to where a Duck could jump on it. It could happen.

I do not know how this game will turn out (first time I have said that about this program in a long time), but I suspect it will involve a lot of yelling at my TV. I might go full military and use the word **** 8 times in a 5 word sentence. Then I suppose I will have to go stare at pictures of Oregon Cheerleaders to make myself fell better.

Welcome back, canard. Hope your team ****s the bed tomorrow--we could use a break.
