CAL (plus-1) at COLORADO: Thanks to overtime, one of these teams is guaranteed to collect its first conference win. (For Cal, a victory would be its first over FBS competition since Oct. ’12.) The Bears are bad, but Colorado’s roster, the victim of years of neglect, is even worse. Noteworthy subplot: Buffs coach Mike MacIntyre interviewed for the Cal job last year but was passed over in favor of Sonny Dykes. Pick: Cal.
