Anyone heard of this rule? First time I've heard it. Last year, all USC fall camp practices were open to the public. If true, it sounds like Mac will have a legit reason for closing practices.
So flying a team to practice in Rome during spring is ok, but opening more than 2 fall practices to students, fans, or local beat reporters is against the rules...keep up the good work NCAA.
Isn't CU's one open practice scheduled for August?

Wow is right. This is how we start building that rivalry. Utah had been so hard to hate, but this is a move in the right(?) direction.
I would be very surprised if they don't speed along Jack Tuttle as a true freshman. Has to make it to campus first but he is a stud.
Is Carrington eligible in 2017?

Well, with DUI problems, Utah is probably a solid choice.....
He is a senior, and will be eligible to play this fall.
Meh, he got beat out by a QB who was only mediocre throwing the ball. Shades of Connor Wood, I'm guessing.
