Anyone heard of this rule? First time I've heard it. Last year, all USC fall camp practices were open to the public. If true, it sounds like Mac will have a legit reason for closing practices.

So flying a team to practice in Rome during spring is ok, but opening more than 2 fall practices to students, fans, or local beat reporters is against the rules...keep up the good work NCAA.

Isn't CU's one open practice scheduled for August?
