This is just a phallacy (intentional). We sell out to rush the passer and give up tons of deep yards. That's not better - it's desparation.
Ban leash, snow, and rugged. And then ban me while you're at it. In fact, ban everyone, we could use some new blood around here. Or maybe it's there, after everyone here is gone.
If we ban everyone, would there be a sound from the chat room?
This is what I have seen so far this year. Throw the ****ing kitchen sink at the qb and hope to god that they make a mistake (overthrow or drop). A good defense should be able to play their base set and hold their own. Selling out every single play is a sign that you have no faith in what you've got.
