Please beat Utah this week to shut them up

Before. But did you know that UTEP's coaches had tapped into BYU's headsets so they knew all of our plays and knew exactly what we were going to run.

That's only reason UTEP won is by cheating.

:D:D:D Sounds similar to Nebraska complaining that Chris Brown sprayed Pam on his jersey before we mudholed them. I wonder why UTEP didn't do that in any of the other 10 games they lost that season?

you really don’t know why the PAC 10 didn’t extend an invitation to BYU and why it’s extremely unlikely they ever will? Really?

The Utes tricked the PAC-10 into the invite. In fact, did you know that the PAC-10 had extended BYU an invite back in the 90s. BYU declined because it had an agreement with the University of Utah that the schools would stay together. The second Utah had an invite, it broke the agreement and left BYU high and dry. Go figure and shows how scummy they really are.

Oh, do tell me how they tricked the P12.

I want CU to win this Saturday and it has nothing to do with BYU in mind. We already beat the Utes to the conference CCG and we can keep them out of the CCG. That would take a lot of wind out of their sails.

Wow, it didn't take long for this jerkoff to show his true colors.

Yewtah made the PAC-10 think they are a research school when it's mostly a glorified community college. Yeah, like they were really going to discover cold fusion.

Yewtah made Larry Scott think they had a good football program just because they beat Alabama in one bowl game. In the meantime, BYU had a national championship and a Heisman and had dominated the Utes. It made zero sense at the time.

Oh, do tell me how they tricked the P12.

BYU had a creed back in 1992 regarding research and stuff like that which effectively removed them from future PAC consideration. So given that BYU Dad said that Utah agreed to go with BYU to the PAC, that would have been a non-starter. Utah decided eff it and hooked up with CU instead. Now the Utes are in the PAC and recently joined the prestigious AAU.

I remember the rumors of BYU and CU going to the PAC in the 1990s. Think about it...we have to deal with their fanbase instead of Utah's fanbase.

So they tricked the American Association of Universities which is the most prestigious body for any school to be part of?

Utah “tricked” the pac10 into the invite?

here’s a short history lesson: the original plan was to add six schools: CU, Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech and A&M. The conference specifically wanted to avoid Baylor because of the religious nature of the school. That deal fell out when UT and OU mixed it, and A&M fled to the SEC. The Pac 10 then went to plan B which was CU and UU. BYU was never in the mix due to the same issues that led Baylor to never be in the mix. That’s not going to change. Unless you’re OK with playing basketball games on Sunday. You OK with playing basketball games on Sunday? (And volleyball, soccer, whatever?)

Most CU fans respect the Hell out of Utah. They constantly punch above their weight. They’ve been a solid addition to the conference and the games against them are usually pretty good.

The AAU will let anybody in nowadays it sure looks like.

And you'd much rather have the BYU fan base than Yewtah's. Like I posted before, if you want to deal with a bunch of drunken pizza delivery boys or people who pump gas then invite some Yewtah fans over. It's also a requirement that you have to have a goatee to be a Utah fan. True story, a drunk Yewtah fan was found passed out in the Utah Capitol building after a game a few years ago. Do you really want these people?

Also truth is there's no real Yewtah fans but only BYU haters. They are Utah fans because they hate BYU and are still completely obsessed with BYU.

Right now-they are better than you, and they're what we're trying to get to and stay at.......But since you asked nicely, we'll see what we can do.

I post on a Pac-12 message board. The Ute fans from that message board are not obsessed with BYU.

And if you don't think those "Yewtah" fans are much different than what CU fans have been, you are going to be real disappointed. CU & Utah would be more like twins and even Utah used to have their "UTAH" at the football stadium like CU has their "COLORADO" at Folsom Field. That would be one way to explain why this CU-Utah rivalry hasn't taken off at this point. Plus CU fans have long been looked down by those Nebraska fans and Utah fans have talked about how BYU fans have looked down on them. Does more to unite two fanbases than drive them apart.

And like CU has been beating CSU of late, Utah has been doing the same. You might want to get used to that.

BYU is a superior school, that's for sure. We're much stronger academically and have better overall sports programs. We're about win another national championship in girls soccer in fact.

BYU acceptance rate is extremely competitive and we demolish a lot of PAC-11 teams in the Davis Cup every year.

Point is the PAC-10 picked the wrong school when it went with the little community college in Salt Lake City instead of BYU.
**** the entire state of utah and damn near everyone in it....

Yewtah fans have goatees, get drunk, and work jobs like pizza delivery and gas pumpers.
Listen, we're on the same side here.

Quite a bit of incongruency in these two quotes, and I almost stopped there. The horror of goatees and getting drunk!
Such deplorables!

Take out the God part of his arguments, and this could be posted by any CSU fan during the Rocky Mountain Showdown week.
