You may not think that the Colorado Buffaloes need any more wide receivers, but watching Washington go to the national championship game should convince even the most skeptical fan that game breaking pass catchers can take you far. It’s not fair for anyone to try to live up to Rome Odunzie, but the WRs coming to Boulder this offseason definitely compete for one of the best rooms in the country. Xavier Weaver is gone, sure, but Travis Hunter and Jimmy Horn Jr return. Add Will Sheppard to that mix and you have a solid group. Add LaJohntay Wester to the mix and WE ARE COOKING WITH GAS.

Wester spent the last four years at FAU, where he was the most consistent option for the Owls’ offense. He has 215 receptions over the last three years, including 108 catches last year and has averaged 8 touchdowns over the last two years. He just gets open and has speed to burn. Take a look:

Welcome, LaJohntay Wester!
