No comparison these days. Wyoming makes CO recruiting a much bigger priority than does CSU.

No doubt. In the Bobo era, CSU is still very fixated on the southeast. His expertise down there is good, and Craig Bohl is reaping the benefits on the CO front range.
 
Considering Wyoming has a QB that is a possible Top 5 in the NFL draft this year, that is not a bad scholarship.
