The Ticker

“I’m Takin’ the Day off so you don’t have to …”

For those of you who have been with CU at the Game on Signing Day before, you are already familiar with “The Ticker”. For those of you new to the site (first of all, Welcome! and Go Buffs!), The Ticker will provide short announcements as soon as they are made. They will also be time-stamped on the front page of the website, so if you are busy at work, you can check in at any time, and see if any new reports have been posted.

Announcement times to keep in mind … Four-star linebacker Leilon Willingham is scheduled to announce his decision on Wednesday morning around 7:30 a.m. This should be* the first post of the day (but don’t be too disappointed if Willingham opts for Michigan.*It’s going to be a long day, a long day full of good news) *… Three-star defensive end Stephan Nembot is expected to announce around 9:00 a.m. … Four-star offensive tackle Paulay Asiata around 10:00 a.m … Two-star running back Malcolm Creer around 12:30 p.m. … and four-star wide receiver Devin Lucien around 4:00 p.m. (all MT).

Also … The “Recruiting Update” will keep you updated with stories about the new recruits, as well as stories about the ones that got away … The “CU 2011 Verbal Commitments” will morph into “The CU Recruiting Class of 2011″, which will track Letters of Intent as they come in, so you can check to see who has officially become a member of the Buff Nation, as well as who is still out there and yet to be heard from (and, again, the list of the ones which got away).

It should be the most exciting Signing Day for Colorado in several years, so I hope you will be able to check in during the day for updates!

Go Buffs!
