They're crazy if they're not thrilled about this move.
Exactly, they get to a great conference and they rid themselves of Texas. Win, win. Plus in 30 years when we are good again, we can meet in an epic Rose Bowl game.
Does this mean we are no longer academically inferior??
Couldn't be happier. Will miss the games with you guys but not having to put up with the Texas BS is more than worth it.

but I'm still gonna be sticking around here so bombay can suck my balls.
They'll have to find a new board to troll. Someone roughly their equal, say.... Indiana.

No, it just means you're academically inferior to Michigan and Wisconsin and Northwestern, now, instead of us.
Nebraska's move to the Big Ten would be good for everybody concerned (the possibility of Notre Dame throwing a monkey wrench into the deal seems to be lurking in the background, though).
Why would the hunchbacks want in the Big 11? They have their own sweet tv deal (network) that pays them irrespective of their record.
I actually give props to Nub and Tom for telling Tejas to f off and helping end the unholy alliance.
I'm gonna rep you for this Sacky, because I thought you played this well. However, I'd like to point out the nebraska remains academically inferior to CU; it's just not a conference matter anymore.
I'm ecstatic. Research funding will take a huge jump. The academic money will pour in. Road games in the Big House, the Horseshoe, Happy Valley, and Madison, WI.
Should be a win all the way around.
Edit: Congrats on the Pac 10 move! CU is a great fit with those schools.
Right back at you. Hopefully, UT doesn't follow to the B10 or Pac 10....
I think yo are ight, they can't dominate the B10 or Pac 10 the same way, I am secretly, OK not so secretly, hoping they get stuck with all their TX brethren in the SWC ver. 2.I don't think UT would be as big of a pain in the ***** in either the B10 or the P10. They wouldn't call all of the shots in either . . . so either conference could benefit from the UT money without having to deal with as much UT arrogance.
Either way, I hope they reap what they've sowed.

I would have no problem with Texas in the B10. Would keep that recruiting open. Texas, without controlling everything, is not a scary school to be with.
im a gopher fan as well, so you guys can still suck my balls. BRI, you ever want to catch a game in minnesota lemme know, we got good seats.
