The targeting rule is purely about liability. Given the number of head injuries unpaid players have gotten over the years, this rule isn’t going anywhere
Could we possibly consider delayed screens?

Bad sign.... every loss in the 5-game streak has started out Buffs leading 7-0. Should've let Utah score first.
Nice run Trayvon! ... also should have been unnecessary roughness for dragging him down well after the TD was scored.
