Will the Pac-12 North finally see some balance in 2015?

With Oregon always good and Stanford improving (kicked ass last few games), OSU, Cal, WSU and Wash probably being same or worse...I see more distance between the good and the rest in the North. The South will have even more parity as the Buffs get better and the other teams staying roughly the same...I don't see any team outside the Buffs making a big jump in improvement this year.
