Alabama getting in this year is about the same as Boise state getting in on an undefeated year. Bama played a Boise schedule

Maybe OSU should have to play Alabama first and win before they get the "right to play LSU." That's not gonna happen so im my opinion and according to the facts I laid out, LSU should play OSU in the championship game.

Oklahoma State endured a nine-game, round-robin conference schedule that did not include any weeks off to casually feast on Georgia Southern, and survived the grind to win the conference title outright. Alabama didn't win its own division. Under the circumstances, I would think the Crimson Tide would be satisfied to call it a wash.

Which one of us "you people" are you calling out here? I am on the record for acknowledging the BCS system, warts and all, is the mechanism for placing Bama in the BCS title game.

I also express my disappointment that the team Boone Pickens bought doesn't qualify to have their asses kicked by LSU.

And we're not having a playoff, so we'll never know which one is better. What we do know is that LSU is better than Bama. Making them prove that again is a waste of everybody's time, except for Bama fans who don't give a **** about anything other than hoping they'll get lucky this time, and can then claim that they win the season series 1-1 and lay claim to an "undisputed" championship. Making them prove they are also better than OSU would actually cover some new ground and have the chance to prove who THE best team in CFB is. Playing Bama again does neither. It's a waste.
