Completely agree. He did the best he could with what he had. He gave maximum effort and as far as I can tell, was a great teammate despite being in a difficult situation.
Agreed. I put that up as a joke, but being the same year at CU as Cody and meeting him several times, I can say that a nicer/classier/more humble guy doesn't exist. Great Buff that did the best he could in a ****ty situation.

My neighbor (the Captain JAG) likes to say, "I have no problem with the aviators getting flight pay. It's the basic pay that I question..."
There was a time it made sense because of the civilian job market. Times have changed. Just like the military was slow to put this in place originally, it will probably be in place way after it may no longer be warranted.
