30-13 Ducks, not overly impressed with Oregon but this UVA team just doesn't have the guns. I thought they'd find their way to 4-5 wins with a fairly favorable schedule, but it's looking more like 2-3. Mendenhall and his crew are very, very odd "fits" here, to say the least. The players have definitely bought in, but London left more of a train wreck than anyone knew.

This has probably been covered (sorry, just got back from tailgating at Folsom), but did Nichols State get really good since we played them last? I notice the final score vs. top ten UGA was a two-point loss.

They're still the same Nicholls (finished 3-8 last year). Georgia was favored by 55 today.
Brings down our SoS. Will hurt our chances come playoff time.

Kind of see the Buffs licking their chops with some of these teams on the schedule. Could not be a better time for the Pac to be dropping a bit. Good opportunity to take their place

A little conference pride is ok. Having a strong conference helps with recruiting and gaining some media attention. Plus it would be nice if some of our games weren't relegated to the Pac 12 network.
