The GOAT intro:

Some real good/interesting football right away. Florida/Michigan on a neutral site, Oklahoma@tOSU, Nebraska@Oregon, Georgia@ND and that's all in the first two weeks.

I forgot that Jarret Stidham is playing for Auburn, Stidham/Lindsey/Gus is a damn scary combo. Week 2 @Clemson has potential to be awesome.

A lot of big matchups early. Glad the Buffs are at off-times the first three weeks so I can get them out of the way for the other big-boy games

Dexter Lawrence (Clemson) and Ed Oliver (Houston) are two of the best returning players this season and they're both true sophomore DTs.

Just watched last year's Tenn at aTm game. These two have to be the poster child of uber-talented, but undisciplined and dumb football.

Turnovers caused by improper fundamentals on how to carry the ball.
UTjr DBs grab the jersey of the WR even though they are step for step in perfect coverage.
aTm RB gets ball punched out at the 1 for a touchback because he slows down, on his long gallup into the endzone with the game clinching winning TD.

Thank the lord this fine Sunday morning that Bohn failed in his quest to bring Foodcart here. Losing games in this fashion is just intolerable.

You knew that bull**** was coming. He isn't helping that young man.
Agreed. The car was running. The cops just didn't catch him while he was driving. He could have killed someone, and Saban treats that situation like it is no big deal, so the kid will likely do it again which is the worst part.

He played through the rest of practice with the injury too. Hopefully they can manage without him. Badgers are good friends :(

One of the things I forgot about it that it was Chris Orr's season ending injury on the first play last year that paved the way for Cichy to start and have such a breakout season. Having Orr back is a big deal.

Will be interesting to see if Leonhard can transition to DC smoothly.
