Official Colorado State Game Thread

I have a question for the board on the unnecessary roughness rule. Can you throw somebody out in CFB if you think its bad enough?

Watched about a quarter of it after I got bored with the Broncos-That's a game that (had the officials done even an adequate job of keeping control of it) likely comes close to setting records for most penalties in a game. We probably could have taken a few more.....and CSU was the most undisciplined team I think I've ever seen.

I don’t believe so, but they’ll likely need to look into new rule sets. The ever increasing sums of money both on the gambling end as well as player value side just create bad incentives. More money more problems

Yes. There is such a thing as a "flagrant personal foul."

It’s been a full day and Norvell never said any sort of “wishes”, “prayers, “Hope the young man is okay”, “we wish him the best and hope he recovers”. All he did was dodge it and say he couldn’t really see it

****ing nothing. That tells you all you need to know.

Also, just gonna say it…. Imagine if it had been one of “loudmouth Dion’s” scary black players that laid the hit instead of the lunch pail blue collar white kid. I’m sure we’d have exposes already hitting the airwaves on the “culture”

I watched GA vs S Car. yesterday and there was plenty of talking on the field...I'm pretty sure there weren't any cheap shots a little chippy at times but nothing like last night. The only explanation I've arrived at is the head coach, I'm not saying that noville instructed the OL coach to work on dangerous blocks but one has wonder...does the finger point at the players only?

We can’t let this dude win': What Deion Sanders said after Colorado's comeback win

CP is really downplaying the attacks on TH and SS - at least publicly. I find it surprising and wonder what he has in mind. (next year?)

Not much media outrage over the hit on TH, but calls for suspenison, for no worse a hit in the NFL:

Prime is a lot of things, but one thing he's not is a punk ass bitch. He's not gonna publicly complain about cheap shots or referees or anything else, because he believes that he can win in spite of all those things and he needs his team to believe it too.

I never followed Sanders’ career (in fact, I couldn’t stand him), but I’d be hard pressed to believe at some point he wasn’t supposed to take some shots at dudes.

I thought during the game they mentioned them being MWC. And typically the crew Is from the visiting team’s conference. Is there somewhere you found this to be different for this game?
Iirc. They mentioned it at the top of the broadcast on Sat

CSu was dirty as ****, we reciprocated a few times. Beyond the health of our players, I don’t care

We need better play at the line on both sides of the ball. We need an answer for the slot passes. We need to get better very quickly.

Maybe a hair less lil Wayne and whole lot more linemen

Right on! We need to figure things out quickly.
