I agree that truly special backs can make a mediocre/below average OL look decent. I'm not sure if McCaskill is a truly special back. I'm excited to find out tomorrow

I don't believe inside runs are the way to go for us. We have created running lanes running to the edge but we need a RB who's fast enough to get there and strong enough to easily break arm tackles. We have like 20% success rate at inside run blocks. That's abysmal
so we need Barry Sanders lol jk

No, we just need an excellent college running back. We don't have one right now. Alton is who we hope is that and more. If he can force 6-8 man fronts, it's over for Oregon defensively.
If he can run like that for us? We go undefeated.
The problem with grades in college football is your team played minnows and this team played teams with **** to play for.

I rather just watch the tape and I value when he did that a lot more because that's real. Data isn't real when most teams are playing FCS teams or teams that will win one game all year like Hawaii.

All I see is that UO was in as tight a game at TTU as the Buffs were at TCU, then in our other respective games CU was battle tested against rivals while the Ducks played cupcakes.
