Looks like a kid who has good height, decent weight for his age with the frame to add more, is aggressive and has some skills.
All these together with no reported offers leads me to believe that the times reported are pretty accurate, otherwise with all he has he would be getting a lot more attention and offers would be coming.
The question is either can he play at the speed he has or is there something that he can do (it might be getting healthy) that gives him the speed to compete. In the PAC guys who don't have the speed to compete become huge liabilities.
