Gotta post that on Rutherford's twitter. Just so he has the facts, and CU is about informed decision making.
 
Looks like Notre Dame is the favorite based on them getting more run from him on twitter, but CU appears to be in close pursuit. Pundits are all Notre Dame. However, that can be influenced by hype and the fan/subscriber attention that the Irish attract (plus, this piece is by Irish Illustrated). Fingers crossed.

Irish Illustrated that he has narrowed his recruitment down to NotreDame, Cal, Oregon and Colorado.

On Colorado…
“They are the DBU of the PAC-12. They send a lot of guys to the league at corner and defensive back. They are really special as well.”
 
Isiah is expect to make a decision later this month and it seems like it is down to Notre Dame and Colorado with Notre Dame having the edge at this moment.
 
Greg Biggins and Brandon Huffman put there predictions in for isiah going to Notre Dame. They almost always right, so expect him to commit to Notre Dame soon.
