Harrington, Hansen, Deehan, Miller, Adkins, Tao, most of the seniors should take part. Maybe P Richardson can catch some balls from Tyler Hansen.

Are underclassmen able to participate even if they aren't the ones whose skills are being exhibited?

Let's assume the 40 times are off by 0.1s by the way they measure (which may be laser timed to end, but not to start). What round does TClem go? With those measureables he could be a 3-4th rounder. I don't see him as a 1st or 2nd rounder and he could fall to the 5th, but I don't see him going 6th and 7th. I guess it all depends on his other stats.

clemons looks like a nfl player and he tests/times like an nfl player. and, he closed out the second half of the season looking like an nfl player. i would think he gets drafted somewhere, but probably not top 4 rounds.

Good value for the Broncos in the 5th or 6th round.

TClem made himself some money the second half of last season. He showed he could catch the ball in traffic, he showed he could run some routes, and he showed that he could play against physical competition.

He won't be a 1-3 round guy but these times may get some attention and put him in the middle of the draft. In addition to the speed he has some height and is a pretty solid guy physically. As with all these guys he only needs one team to decide that they want him that bad.

Harrington and Hartigan are still unlikely to be drafted but a good showing may mean more choices in terms of FA offers. For undrafted guys getting the right situation can make all the difference between making a roster and being cut on the first or second cut day. The speed at their size makes them appealling as special teams guys.

I love Speedy but I don't see him being on an NFL roster next year. I could be wrong if things work out but he is more quick than fast and goes down to easy with contact. He also doesn't bring much to the table as a returner.

We all have had our frustrations with Tyler as a QB and it is easy to write him off but then you look at some of the guys teams have as back-ups in the NFL and Tyler despite his shortcomings does have a real chance.

Miller and Clemons will both be drafted. Harrington now has a good chance to be picked up in FA. That is about it.

I think Tyler will be in a camp and wouldn't be overly surprised to see him end up at least on a practice squad. Agree with you on the rest. Hartigan may get a camp invite but will be camp fodder and be an early cut if he does.

I'm guessing TClem just ran himself into a 6th-7th round grade. Scouts will look past his lack of numbers based on the team he played on this year. If anyone would jump to the 5th round to take him, it will be the speed junky Raiders.

I said this before and I'll say it again. He is likely to be a Raider. Al Davis' spirit will live on in that they will take ANY player who runs a sub 4.4 forty.

    I don't like it, but it's inevitable.

Well, look at the bright side. If he goes to the Raiders he will likely be overpaid so it isn't all bad.

Tyler may get a look, but I doubt he'll even get a practice squad. He is destined for Canada or Arena Leagues.

Miller is kind of an awkward player. Is he a RT or a Guard? Seems a little tall to take on the 6'1/320 DT's in the NFL but doesn't show the power to dominate the run offense on the right side. My feeling is that he will be best suited as a guard on a team with a pass dominant offense. New Orleans might be out because Brees can't see over him. I'd bet on him going to the Cowboys, Texans, Patriots, Packers, Eagles or Chargers in the 4th-6th round.

Harrington gets a shot to prove himself as a blocker. The 4.7 forty shows he can contribute on special teams. Maybe practice squad insurance for a team like the Texans.

    Hartigan won't play anywhere realistically.

Those are just my best guesses!

Keep in mind that Speedy is sending that bar a lot shorter distance than Ryan Miller.

While that is true, shorter guys are are always pound for pound stronger than big guys. Even in powerlifting circles the smaller guys lift more per their weight than the biggest guys. In terms of absolute strength the bigger, taller guys will always outlift their smaller counterparts. It's a tradeoff both ways.

I agree with you. I'm not even sure why I said that, but the 225 bench for reps may tend to favor shorter individuals. I am 5'10" with a stupid long and disproportionate wing span, so perhaps my own insecurities are bleeding into this thread.
