"2010 will most likely be our last year in the Big 12," he said, and told us that "Phil DiStefano and our team of lawyers are down in Dallas right now resolving our exit from the Big 12.""
To the parting question of, "So who's going to be our starting quarterback?" Mike Bohn had this to say: "For anyone who's been paying attention, I think that's already been announced in a lot of ways... I truly believe that Tyler Hansen will be our starting quarterback on September 4th when we take on Colorado State, and I hope to see you there."
That is REALLY weird.
that is great news. I like that the inside of the CEC will be updated by the 1st game.
You mean the "paying attention" part?
Well there was the article today, which contrasted three months of the Head Coach basically saying it could go either way. So that is kinda weird.
A shot at Danny?
DiStefano is negotiating our exit??? ****. Not only are we going to end up paying out the ass in exit fees, but UT is going to end up owning Old Main, the south campus, the Pearl Street Mall, Crested Butte and at least 2/3 of Summit County....
I thought it was weird that the AD is announcing who the starting quarterback is going to be.
I don't think it was a shot at Hawkins at all.
no it was an order. :smile2:
WTF? Come on California alum. What's the problem?
Cost of living is higher.
that is insane. what percentage of that number is on allbuffs? willing to bet a large number.
I bet most, if not all, of the CA alums on AllBuffs are Buff Club donors
That means the turnout for CU games played in California will be pretty good, then.
It's hard not to spend $100 at a bar.
Time to revise that California blather: "CU doesn't need to travel well in the Pac 10 because we're already there...on food stamps. CU on cheapskate hill!"
That was a joke dude.
So is 97 out of 23,000.
I know my dad stopped giving money to the university after they revoked my sister's instate tuition after she broke her back and needed financial assistance from my parents because she was unable to work for a year. That's on top of the tuition she had to pay for the semester she had to withdraw from.
Also, I know lots of people probably were pretty turned off by Gary Barnett and the scandal.
A little nudge to California alum:
By way of a best in class comparison: The Longhorn Foundation charges $150 for membership.
Cost of living is lower.
What are Fly-away Goals?
Baskets that suspend from the roof and can "fly away" to the corners when you are done using them rather than the big bulky rolling baskets they have to bring out now.
I KNEW the helmets looked ****tier last year! **** the Green, that is CSU's color.
That is what I thought. Dont those baskets react differently (ie. rim forgiveness) and the parts that suspend them obstruct the view from people sitting in the ends of the court? I believe this is why no one uses these types of baskets anymore.
I like them. You can pack a lot more people down in by the court. It also really improves the view of your side of the court if you're sitting behind them, but might make it a little harder to see the other side. Duke has them, and they dont have any trouble scoring on them.
heh heh...about that...just give me like 2 more years when i am out of grad school!
I guess since I have seats on the first row I may like them too, They have always been there, but they are never lowered, does anyone know if they just fixed them or if they installed all new ones?
Separate names with a comma.
