On right no in the 3000m Steeplechase
She is so damn gorgeous... just sayin.
Emma may have been outgunned since thers were the best steeplechase runners in the world, but she did run a persoinal best today. And that was her goal for this olympics........Our girl was out gunned from the start and ended up 9th.
Don't know a lot about T&F, especially steeplechase. Isn't Emma fairly young as steeplechasers go. This could be a great experience on her way to being a metal contender in four years.
Yes she is young and yes she can improve for Rio. But the question is .... will she stick with it? Once Jenny Barringer (now Simpson) went pro after her 9th (or was it 8th) place finish in the Steeplechase in Beijing, she ended up switching and is now running the 1500 meter. (By the way, today she squeeked into the final for that)
