"One could argue" ... it might be the best moment in American sports history, but then again most people over there only care about 4 sports. I just think it´s funny that journos feel compelled to put some stuff that happened in non-American sports on there although they really do not have a clue about those sports and its history. It´s impossible to compile a complete list so I don´t understand why people try.
The list is really, really, really US centric ... it was compiled by an American, ok, but do you really think that roughly 90% of the best stories in sports history are somehow related to the US? Do you really think that Zidane headbutting Materazzi in the 2006 WC final is a better story than the
Miracle of Bern?
