They had a clip of him saying...it is not about winning ball games it is about getting up in the morning and doing things right.
I guess I am dumbfounded. He seems to be implying that doing things right and winning are mutually exclusive so pick one or the other.
At the first recruiting luncheon when Hawkins was coach he went to great lengths to talk about how he was the winningest coach in Div 1 football and how he was here to win a national championship. I guess he was not doing things right then.
I want CU fans to hold the bar higher. Yes, I expect CU to do things right but I also believe there should be tangible results for doing things right.
