Recruit speedy 2 stars and much bigger Lineman and coach em up
Need to find some 2* diamonds in the rough, because we are no longer bringing in 4* visits. Our only chance the next 2 years is to bring in some serious SPEED. On the same note, bring in more large 320lb 2* linemen that can also be coached up.
Tired of losing to faster players, and stronger offensive linemen.
If our entire LB, safetys and DB's ran near a 4.4, I think that would work better against the spread offenses in the Big 12.
Don't worry about size on defense either, Play skinny fast linebackers. Kansas State always seems to have speed, we need this to win the North. How does Cincinnati and other small schools have better receivers and RB's than CU? Must be admissions, or all of our speeedy WR offensive talent is on the sideline and will FINALLY be seen for the first time next year.
You have to get lucky and coach up some young players that have NATURAL acceleration and speed. CU has a long history of slower, large sized, powerful O-lineman growing into great players. Need to steal some Texas players from TCU's backyard!!! If all else fails, hire some of the recruiting assistants away from the Cincinnatis, and TCU's and get into these athletic recruiting areas, and get this program TURNED AROUND.
