So many people demanding staff changes, yet I haven't seen one suggestion as to who, why, and who should be the successors. I haven't read further, but I'd imagine by now somebody has pointed out that there are literally hundreds of posts on the topic of who should be replaced, and by whom. You don't have to agree, but you should probably read the posts before calling folks "DUMB".

It's my opinion that offering contrarian views is healthy for the dialogue, and I appreciate that--but for Christ's sake, do a little due diligence.
