GBB is permissible based on history. It's our most traditional alternate and we wore it for 62-36 and often against the Nubs if memory serves (which it rarely does). I'd be fine w/ GBB but prefer straight-up tradition of GWB.

Both teams can wear home uniforms if the colors aren't similar and the host team allows it. However, it's not likely that Nebraska would say yes in the unlikely event that we were to ask.

I'd like to see GWB--we're just 1-7 in Lincoln in that look but that's what we wore the five straight meetings in Lincoln where we were both ranked in the top 20.

Wouldn't mind seeing SWS though as a nod to when we dominated the series in the 50s/early 60s while wearing silver helmets and silver pants. Our second biggest win in Lincoln, behind 1990, came wearing SWS with Joe Romig in 1961.

My heart likes this idea.
My head says that forcing this is too much of a distraction, but I'm torn. I've got scar tissue from the Michigan game when it was forced due to "history" but we lost. But maybe if Liufau and MacCartney stay healthy we win. But then again, we didn't win OFTEN with this combo in Nebraska.
And now I'm all wrapped up in my own head.
