Any chance we get any?
because of the 85 scholly limit, I expect us to be going hard after seniors at PSU. If we can get those guys to go over 85, that's fine. But players with more eligibility would be a problem if we would have to get back to 85 in their second year. We need guys now, and don't want to negatively affect this recruiting class's #s unless it is for a special player.
OK, I thought I read somewhere that you can go over the 85 limit for PSU players this season, but you have to be below the limit the next if you do so. As in if we take 2 PSU players, putting us at 87, then next season we have to be at 83.
Am I wrong? There was a lot of misinformation out there yesterday morning about this, so I'm just confused.
I saw on ESPN that USC was going after a RB at Penn State. If true, I wish the NCAA had excluded programs currently on probation from accepting immediate transfers. Seems unfair that USC should be a beneficiaty in this debacle.

Holy ****, I'm guessing a few guys in that room might be wearing different colors come September.
Those are basketball players reacting to their NCAA tournament selection

O'Brien said in a conference call with reporters Tuesday that no current member of the team has indicated they will transfer following the NCAA sanctions imposed this week on Penn State.
How long is their transfer window? Do they only have these 3 weeks prior to the season starting to make a decision?
Sounds like Nik is right - and the culture there is going to keep them afloat.

Douglas is part of this year's class (2013). He was one of their top recruits. I figure their core players aren't going anywhere.
