Still too early to tell, but I like what I'm seeing out of this staff when it comes to QB recruiting. If you recall, when MM came in, we had something like 7 quarterbacks on scholarship. Class balance was crap, and there was no defined succession. Sefo comes in halfway into his Freshman year and takes over. Since then, it's been a steady, one QB per year recruitment. In 2016, we'll have Sefo (Senior), Aspay (RS Sophomore), Montez (RS Freshman), and Noyer (Freshman).
I, for one, think this is exactly how we *should* be recruiting quarterbacks. We can debate all we want about their general state of qualifications, but in terms of class balance and depth, we're finally in a pretty good spot. Or, I should say, we will be in a pretty good spot in 2016. With Gherke still here in 2015, the situation isn't that bad now, but it could be better.
