Michigan and Clemson? When UW drops to six?
all this talk about how we haven't beaten any good teams should be over this week if things go chalk.
stanford should be higher up. Beat WSU.
That Michigan loss is probably going to look a lot worse soon though.

You can argue that Louisville should jump them, but Clemson lost at home, Washington lost at home, and number 7 Wisconsin has 2 losses (one of them to Michigan).... who do you put ahead of them?

Exactly. It's based on the whole resume for the season, not just what happened last week. Michigan has three top ten wins.
That loss was Michigan dropping back into the peloton. As in Alabama was 99, Michigan was 94, and the next team was down around 85 on a scale of 100. Another loss and then it gets really difficult to rank them.

USC is closing the gap with Colorado.
This is all awesome, but a lot of it is secondary to just winning and achieving the team's stated goal.
Having said that, if CU wins out, we have a very narrow path to a playoff berth. I think there's no way that we can get in if OSU and Pedo State win in the next couple of weeks. If Ohio State wins out but isn't the Big Ten champion, the Big Ten will have two teams. The Pac 12 and Big 12 will be ****ed.

If we handle our business, it doesn't matter. SC has 3 losses, we have 2, and our resume is about to get a lot stronger. If we lose, SC will jump us, but in that case, they should.
If both keep winning, Colorado will separate again based on the remaining schedule.
Yeah. We win out, USC is of no consequence.
Have 3 top 25 wins. In a row. I really don't know how the committee could not put us in.

No, Michigan lost and didn't move at all. Clemson jumped from ahead to behind them. Michigan loses to unranked Iowa and maintains, Washington loses to #13 USC and drops two spots. OSU jumps up to #2 because they murdered 2 consecutive teams, although the committee claims that's not a criterion.
