Buffs vs. The Dawgs
8pm Tip
TV: FS1

@home vs. a bad team, the Buffs should win this one.

No word yet on whether XJ and Wes will play tonight. I'd guess we won't find out until game time.

Looking forward to seeing Fultz. I'd be shocked if he doesn't go ahead of Ball in the draft. CU wins if they can contain everyone else and can hit their open shots. Washington doesn't play defense, so there should be plenty of open looks if CU moves the ball.

Win these next 2, and CU most likely moves to 8th in conference, and possibly 7th.

Holy ****, 8 pm tip. I had that one wrong. Thanks Scotch!

Stop Fultz. Same key as the game in Seattle (but without the danger of that ****ing court from hell). Hopefully someone steps up tonight.

Make or break on this home set.

Currently at 13-11 (3-8) with #107 RPI. 15-11 (5-8) with an RPI in the Top 100 would keep hope alive heading into the OR road trip.

Agreed! The Buffs have to get 6 wins out of 7 down the stretch, and that is at least doable. If they can get to 19-12 (9-9) and carry an RPI below 80 to finish the reg-season, that gives the team at least some hope and something to really play for. Gotta believe they would have to at least make the championship game to really feel good about anything though. Man all of this really makes me gnash teeth when thinking about those earlier "close" losses to AZ St, USC, Wash and Wash St. Damn!!

Imagine sitting here right now at 16-8 (6-5) or even at 15-9 (5-6), and now staring down the potential for 5 to 6 wins down the stretch. Ugh!

It all depends on matchups. For anything to happen they have to win first round game (Utah, ASU, Wash, WSU, Stanford) then matchup with (OU, AZ, UCLA). AZ travels to well and will be a defacto home game so hoping for UCLA (they dont play defense and could have an off shooting night). After that take what comes your way.

Tonight hinges on how they execute ball screen defense. Can they trap Fultz and still recover to the other shooters like Crisp.

I know they're not conference, but don't forget CSU.

Still the most infuriating loss of the Tad era. CU being 14-29 on FTs at one point, while CSU was 14-14. Ugh- that was bad.

Speaking of FTs, good to see CU hit them during the Bay series. Hopefully that trend continues, since I suspect they'll get a lot of attempts the next 2 games.

I want to see a win tonight. (Don't we all.) Hope many of you join me at the gym. Although I may be half asleep by the second half. Late game for old codgers like me who have 530 am gym plans and Friday meetings to follow.

I've lost track of how many games we've had so far, that have been called 'must wins', but if we want to make it to any tourney at all, we have to win tonight.
So, what does Tad do, if his morals and stuff say he should keep XJ and Wes out, but he feels he needs them available to have a good shot at winning. Tad seems like a 'do what's right guy', but the win is more important (to me anyway)

Bryce is starting to feel comfortable out there. Playing under control and well so far.

I've noticed XJ on the bench, any sign of Wes. Whatever they did was bad or really stupid to miss 2+ games.

I know fans get all pissy about announcing so I will. These announcers seem decidedly pro Washington.

And WOW!!!!! PETERS!!

How's that not a foul on the ally oop? Dude stuffed Miller's face as he went up!

Siewert seems like a promising player, but so timid and lost out there at times. Glad to see him getting these minutes; XJ and Wes really helped out next years team by giving up their minutes so guys like Siewert can develop.
