I would say you are taking my responses "out of context". I evaluated each coach on their own merits not the whole staff as a collective. I would assume a new HC would likely take a max of 2 of them and I'm fine if they take none, I certainly would be offended, disgusted and disgruntled if they took 8 of them.

I saw a tweet from Adam today that one of our commits (I think a DB) said he is sticking with CU if Katie stays. That was surprising but shows her worth even in recruiting.
The biggest drop off is Ambrose's unit - just saying.
Kurt Roper (QB/ Interim HC) = 2
Darrin Chiaverini (Co-OC/ RC/ WR) = 1 Only if he's the #2 or less on the offensive side. Great recruiter
Klayton Adams (Co-OC/ OL) = C Ya
Darian Hagan (RB) = 1, recruit somebody!
Gary Bernardi (TE & H) = C Ya
DJ Eliot (DC/ OLB) = C Ya
ShaDon Brown (Secondary/ D Pass Game Coordinator) = 1. I love ShaDon, but his unit went backwards so

Chiaverini is one of the main reasons MM is gone. Not that I am saying MM was not part of the leveling off in performance, but Chev was a demise for the team. Chev was not like by the some of the fellow coaching staff and it was clear to the players.

He’s also the main reason this team has any talent at all. Say what you want but he’s been our best recruiter and that’s what’s important in today’s game. Def needs to go back to wr coach and recruiting coordinator imo.
Nah. Els was solid coaching LBs and STs.
DL coach seemed to do fine, although it's not clear he can recruit.
You mean Els coached the ILBs up?
Great, easily the most replaceable position coach on a defense.
ST coordinator will be brought in from the outside.

Or, you know, they care about school.
The recruit who said he would remain committed as long as Bason is on the staff goes to a very good private school, St. Francis in Mountain View, and has Ivy League and service academy offers. I would say, so long as the as P5 players, we need as many guys like that as we can get.

I’m a diehard Colorado fan and I’ve never even heard her name until Mac got fired. I’ll admit I live out of state so maybe it’s a local thing? I’m sure she’s great at her job but to sit here and act like our team is going to be significantly affected by an Academic advisor is laughable. Can anyone name Bama or Clemson’s advisors without looking? Of course not

Many of the current and former players tweet about how much they appreciate her. Maybe they don’t know what they are talking about?
Only the most fervent fans will be able to name their schools, and likely not be able to name any other teams.
That absolutely doesn't mean they aren't important.
The kid said he would stay as long as she is here. Isn't that proof that it is important, at least to some recruits. It's hardly laughable. You're the only one laughing as far as I can tell.

That's certainly true, the actual football staff matters more.
We haven't had academic issues keep anyone off the field in the last 4 seasons or so that I can remember... more common in hoops, I guess, where there's two semesters involved.

She’s perhaps one of the few that did her job extremely well. No need to let her get away, unlike most of the existing staff.

Bama has a 52M center. 19 full time staff. 90 private tutors.
Does CU have a Center for Academic Student Services like other schools?
I don’t know this person at CU, but these folks are essential.
