Other games thread -- Conference Play!

Yes- I still think that this team can hang with anyone in the Pac12 (mostly because the entire conference is garbage) so I am holding out hope for another miracle run in the P12 tourney to fuel a trip to the dance. Getting an extra win in the first round of the tourney against Cal does nothing to help the goal of making the postseason and presents one more chance for things to go wrong.
That, and now down to an 8.5 man rotation (I'll give Strating a 0.5) makes it difficult for 4 wins in 4 days.

Really could use Parquet back for the P12T. He brings some nice defensive intensity and disruption in limited minutes.

The thing I'm most concerned about, though, is foul trouble in our front court. That's been one of our big Achilles heels this season in the games we've struggled.

Although WSU was up for a bit, they’re now down big with a few minutes left.

Let’s go UCLA!!!

CU will be No. 5. I actually think that could help. I think having a game in hand going to the second round is a benefit. Of course that’s assuming we win in the first.

UCLA should be able to beat Utah. They should be atop the conference. Hopefully they play to potential today. Also Utah isn't a good home team.

San Diego up 13-0 to start on BYU in the crazy WCC tourney. USD’s third game in 3 days, BYU hasn’t played yet as the 3 seed. The top 2 seeds Gonzaga and St Mary’s got protected all the way to the semi finals and won’t play until tomorrow.

Its just unfathomable how bad UCLA looks. There are a bunch of NBA guys out there and not one plays for Utah...

They're like the Nebraska fans of college basketball-they think they're getting Tony Bennett or Mark Few and they'll be lucky if they get Eric Musselman (who would scare the hell out of me if he went there).

I slightly disagree. UCLA could be great again if they got their **** together. Nebraska will never be great again.

Well the Oregon tech owls lost in the naia championship game. If they won they would have been the first naia team with four national championships
