Agree with Klatt. Need two different versions of targeting.
I think it makes it too hard. Don't want that for the same reason I thought it was good to make all facemasking penalties an auto 15 yards instead of making the refs decide if it was a 5 or a 15. On the same note, I'd eliminate "running into the kicker" -- it's either roughing or it's not a penalty.
 
I would. I still think the winner of Oregon/Washington takes the division.

But Cal is set up for a 8-4/9-3 regular season. They can play with anyone.
I think we're all sleeping on Wazzu again. Pirate's gonna have them right there, most likely.

Ole Miss managed to have two drives get to the 1 and result in 0 points. That's impressive.
