Official Washington Game Thread

I love Carson Wells. Probably my second favorite from the past two seasons.

I would be shocked if he's taken before the 3rd day, not surprised if he's a UDFA.
Wells has been durable and consistent over the last two years. The only thing that will stop him from been drafted is if he has a bad medical.

Sigh. A win, great. Glad to see it.

4TO's. Take away any of them and it is not a win. I won't mention UW's missed FG, oops, I did.

In any event, a win is a win. It is hard to get excited when you team looks bad doing it.

Utah will mudpuddle this team.

I think we were more bad, except at turnovers. Haven't read the whole thread, but that Barnes interception was a thing of beauty.
Barnes was pretty key today, as was Lamb, Well. Lots of good individual efforts throughout the game, but as a team effort, it was soft-served doo-doo. Luckily Yoodub is bad enough that a handful of individual efforts could be the difference.

It would be the most Pac-12 thing ever for CU to upseat Utah next week and then for Oregon to lose in the P12CG.

Today was a very, very good football day.

CU won.
the ****ers lost.
tucker got destroyed.
texassssss lost.
usc îs losing.
and we made it harder for the fuskies to make a bowl.

raise a glass to the football gods. they blessed us with a good day.
Post of the year candidate.

You missed some bad football
Yeah, it was not a fun game to watch. Those TOs were the only reason we won.

And hey, for the worst weather of any game, it wasn't even that bad. It got chilly and then started to rain/sleet some, but I just cocooned in my poncho and I was pleasantly comfortable.

And I was - again - offered tequila by our tailgate friends; I politely declined.

I was going to ask you to borrow the poncho. I was getting a little cold.

Classic case of a team losing a game rather than their opponent winning it. I’ll take it, buy UW gave that game away, they were clearly the better team. And our third down defense nearly gave me an aneurysm. I mean, how many third and longs does a team have to give up before the realize they might be doing something wrong?
